I will go mountain climbing the next day. Is it possible to check out early in the morning?

Accepted Answer

Yes! can. In order to complete all procedures at the time of check-in, check-out will be completed when you put the room key in the return box.

Is it possible to check in late at night?

Accepted Answer

It is possible. However, check-in after 23:00 will be charged 500 yen per person. Reception is not possible after midnight. We will treat you as a no-show.

Can I leave my luggage before or after check-in?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact us individually.

翌日乗数や上高地へ行く場合、 駐車場に車を停めていてもいいですか?

Yes, it is possible.
We charge 300 yen for each day you park.
Please pay at the front desk.

When staying at the hotel and using the restaurant, can I bring in drinks and snacks?

You cannot bring food or drinks into the dining room, but you are free to bring alcohol and food into the shared spaces of the lodge.
Please feel free to use the microwave and refrigerator as well.

Do you provide breakfast and dinner?

There is no breakfast.
For dinner, you can enjoy Matsumoto's specialty, Sanshokuyaki set meal, in the adjacent restaurant.
Dinner reservations can be made at check-in.

There are no shared rooms. All rooms are private.

ゲストハウスですので、全て共有です。
お部屋一つ一つにトイレとお風呂はございません。
共用のシャワールームと男女別のお手洗いがございます。
